Tis my career - well I wouldn't really say it's what I want to do with my life. Customer Service is challenging but very repetitive. Part of the transition is that I have to support the entire Sales team with a piece of the new software. This will most likely mean I'll get real busy really fast as Sales people can be lazy farks most of the time.

It's like forks? Now that's an analogy I haven't heard before... Today is going to be a long day. The software / system that my work is based on is being transitioned to a newer flashier one. It's been like a year in the making and we go live on Monday - so today the old system's been closed off in preparation for the transition. Meaning I'll be taking calls but unable to help anyone :( And it means come Monday, there's a new system to get used to AND inevitably bugs that we'll have to deal with. Oh - and it means I'll probably be posting here all day. Although we're taking calls, alot of them are being blocked today because of the lack of system. SO I'll most likely have a lot of spare time. Whoops -> life story alert...
