House music DJ Nicky Romero played on the 27th of april this song with the vocals of Chris Martin in memory of Avicii. He said (in dutch) that he received the finished version of the song from Avicii before he died. After Vienna and Brussels, this was my third show of this year. Also my biggest show i've ever attended (80 000). I had a good seating spot on the lower right end. I was hoping to hear some new material but they played the standard setlist of this tour. Highlights for me were Charlie Brown, Sky full of stars and Something just like this. Never saw so many xylobands at one place. Hope they'll come back to Europe soon!

So here my little story of yesterday. We went to the stadium at 3pm so we had to wait for 2 hours in the bloody hot sun. Lucky enough there was water available so that made it doable. My plan was to get a good spot at the B-Stage and the place we could take was exactly the place i wanted. We had a good view of the whole stage and the screens, and offcourse a perfect view on the B-Stage. The show itself was amazing and we saw the guys from so close, the waiting was all worth it for sure. And from my hearings, the crowd did a realy good job too. When they came to the B-stage, Chris asked a cell phone near to us. The woman who stood three places further didn't want to give are smartphone away, but the roadie took it almost out of her hands. (You can see in my video that i almost wanted to give my phone :)) In front of me, there was a guy who was taking pictures close to the B-stage and he edited the pictures on his smartphone. He also filmed the clip of "Formidable" that he placed on their facebook page. So it was an amazing night! One of the best Coldplay gig i attended. I'm now feeling a bit guilty because i'm not in the stadium in my own country... But maybe i'm nog alone with that feeling. :blush: See them one more time in Paris in three weeks!

The station "Koning Boudewijn" is a little bit closer but the station "Houba-Brugmann" is two stations earlier so i think It's gonna be the same. If you take 'Houba-Brugman' its best to take a seat in the front because there is only one exit in that station, and you have to take the stairs on the right side. If you take the station 'Koning Boudewijn' , you have to take the exit at the back of the train, because that's the closest exit to the stadium. Ik heb tijdens mijn middagpauze even de metro genomen naar het stadion. Alle toegangspoorten waren gesloten dus heb niet in het stadion kunnen kijken. Veel trucks van Stageco op de parking aanwezig en aan de ingangen van het stadion heb ik veel toiletten en een aantal eetkramen kunnen spotten. Toch ook even mijn diep respect vermelden dat ik heb voor de medewerkers van Stageco die in deze temperaturen in de volle zon het podium opstellen. Just went back from my 10th Coldplay show. Also the most expensive one for me (€140!) No surprises in the setlist, except for the extra fourth song on the b-stage. Chris had to restart POC because he forgot the lyrics and asked us to don't put that on Youtube. The crowd sounded freaking loud today. I loved to hear GPASUYF and SJLT was amazing too! I knew The Chainsmokers liked Coldplay a lot because they played last year during every gig a remix of "Yellow". And one of them said that "Yellow" is been for him the best song ever made. Chris mentioned also in a tweet he was looking forward to the new album of The Chainsmokers so i think he likes the EDM as well. I like Chris's vocals a lot during the song, but for me the melody is eather cheap and sounds almost the same as the one in "Roses". I'm pretty sure they gona play it during their upcoming tour.

During their gigs in Gelsenkirchen and Amsterdam, the roof was closed so I think they will always choose for a closed roof because of the Xylobands :-)

I enjoyed the concert yesterday! We went with 5 people and for three of them, it was there first Coldplay gig. I really enjoyed to see they where having a good time. We stood two meters on the left of the C stage because we arrived around 19.30h. The sound was good for me and the audience was amazing (like always in The Netherlands) I was also hoping they would play Amsterdam or Strawberry Swing, but Till Kingdom Come was beautiful too! And thanks to the closed roof, the shining xylobands where good visible from the beginning. The only minor for me was the temperature, it was very hot to jump and dance and sing for two hours (but i did it [emoji5]). A tip for who don't want to be be stuck in the traffic: use the Waze app. He gave us directions around the traffic jam true small roads and we only had to wait 5 minutes to enter P1. Otherwise, we would arrive one hour later I think. I'm curious when they will come back to Europe after this tour, let's hope it will not take too long. Here are some shaky photos i took.
