First listen I thought...not impressed. But, its a grower, some great Esky tunes on there, throwbacks to earlier albums. Its worth sticking with

Got my signed copy from on Tuesday, getting the WA 2 disc was a nice touch too.Myfaves would have to be Falling For You, Losing My Mind and Dont Let Me Down (Idont count FL now, feels like its been out for ages!) Well, they're todays faves anyway!

What time is is there now? Its just gone midnight here, anyone managed to lay their ears on it yet?!! Its going to be weird listening to the new songs, having heard 5 of them live here, normally you get a new album, get used to them and then hear them live. Going to be the other way around this time! Ha ha, I love it! Cant believe the Eskies (my choice of nickname!) managed to get Sydney to do that for them!! Has anyone got the lbum yet? Is anyone still up! Did anyone wait up till midnight and download it from itunes? I raced home from work (its still Thursday here!) in the hope mine might have made it after being posted out on Monday but nothing so far! I looked on itunes but I'm too late to pre order and get the two bonus tracks now, I'm gutted! I finally found a way of buying from oz itunes and I'm too late! Did someone very kind (I'm creeping now!) say that they were preordering and could post the extra tracks? Alex, were you asking about 'Trying To Sleep' on the other thread? I've got it somewhere, I'll upload it tonight Reviews everyone!! Cant remember when I was so excited about an album coming out!

I got that email from JB too, when they sent the Foreign Land ep over it arrived in four days so I'm hoping and hoping some more that the album might arrive all the way to Liverpool by Friday. I'm driving to London for a football final on Friday night and that would make it the perfect drive! I'm amazed it was shipped five days before the physical release. Was that just for overseas orders or has anyone in Aus ordered from JB online. That 2 cd version only for WA sounds good, a live cd from the BFRW tour Love all the reviews and signatures you guys have put up, especially yours Alex, very talented! Cant wait to read more once we've all heard the album!

I was in Melbourne for all of January, apart from the weekend of the Big Day out! I was gutted to miss it, would have loved to be there. I'd seen Sneaky Sound System here last year and wanted to see them again. Saw Ting Tings at the MTV awards in Liverpool last November, they were pretty good live. Looks like theres been some amazing music so far this year. The best is yet tocome for you though, honestly, the new EJ live set is amazing, it will be an amazing tour

The jellyfish scared the life out of me! I agree though, for the first single from such a highly awaited album, I thought the vid was a bit disappointing

They went down a storm in the UK, the album is getting a release in June sometime, but I cant wait that long so its JB for me! I see from the gig dates on in Melbourne mentioned in your signature Keane played last month. Did you go? I saw them in Liverpool in Feb and they were amazing too.

Evening all, I'm new here, stumbled across this forum googling Eskimo Joe, couldnt believe I found a website linking Coldplay and Eskimo Joe together! To introduce myself, obviously aware of Coldplay and really liked them for years but started taking a closerlisten when Guy played on a solo album by Magne F, from another band I really like, a-ha. Loved EJ from my time living in Melbourne back in 02, since being back in the UK, had to follow them online, thank god for internet shopping! Saw them three times here over the last few months, was lucky enough to chat to the guys after a couple of shows. For anyone seeing them later this year in Oz, youre in for a treat, the new live show is awesome. Cant wait for Inshalla to be shipped out here, ordered my copy from JB as itunes aus wont sell to me in the UK. The Escapist, thanks a millionfor uploading the new song,its growing on me already, although Foreign Land and the bsids from the single have a big head start. Just driving around town today, the cd single was on repeat in the car about 7 times! So to my reason for googling in the first place! Been looking ever since I got the physical cd single shipped over for the Foreign Land demo version, as I think someone else mentioned, itunes wont sell to us over here and itunes UK has nothing from Inshalla avalable as yet. TheEscapist, did you mention you could upload it? Be eternally grateful if you could!! Will be checking in here a lot more often from now on, especially as the album comes out to see what you all think of it! Sorry for the ramble but its niceto meet you all!
