i got the last yellow balloon that was hidden right in front of the main stage! and on the way out, i spotted the setlist on the table where you get your yellow GA bracelet, and the lady said i could have it! it took my wife and i a while to untie the balloon to let the air out, we got it! awesome show

CP rulestheworld: that picture of chris on the b-stage with the plants behind him by himself is when he was saying its the michael bolton part of the show, and he was staring right at me and my wife the whole time he was talking. for those of you around the b-stage i was wearing the black interpol shirt. still trying to get my video of the whole b-stage set up! sorry, my computer has been giving me troubles

i was happy to know that chris must have meant what he said at the show about loving to play there, and that a lot of other people are asses at other shows; he didn't say that again at the show in sacramento :-) in fact, there were a lot of asses at the sacramento show. i saw some jerk yell at an older hippy looking guy for smoking pot behind him, and even threatened to hit him. i think the guy yelling was a guy from the local air force base, as i was in the military, i can spot those awful haircuts pretty well haha also, the audience was sitting down for more than half the show!!!! some lady behind me came up and asked me to sit down so she could see! i bought these tickets on the presale, and theres no way i'm going to let someone ruin my time! it was very apparent to me that chris and the band noticed how poorly the audience treated them. i honestly don't think i will ever go to the Sleep Train in Marysville/Wheatland venue again, it left a bad taste in my mouth. oh, and i was in section 208, row 5 be glad you saw them here at the shoreline!!! thanks to everyone who stood up and sang along!!

they played more than 3 songs. they played green eyes, now my feet won't touch the ground, sitting on the dock of the bay (the improvized part sung by chris), death will never conquer (will's song), and billie jean i have videos of the show that i will post soon, and i have videos from shoreline too! my username on youtube is: aeroplanezero04

yes!! garlic fries!!! i'm taking a fry and beer brake during amadou and miriam IS ANYBODY RECORDING THE SHOW?? i have a minidisc recorder and mic, but i don't have a cord to upload it to my computer, its an old player and doesnt use conventional cords like usb haha. if no one else is recording i can bring it and send the minidisc to someone to upload it maybe??

so i decided to just buy a lawn ticket for this show, and hope to find the c-stage on the lawn before everyone else swarms it. at least, i hope its on the lawn, it has been at other shows with the 2009 tour...

i will buy those sec 8 tickets if your KROQ tix are better...let me know! i havent actually gotten tickets for the irvine show yet so yeah...

well, if it helps, Viva la Vida was NOT from Vegas on july 19 2008....i thought for sure it would be though, as a sound clip was passed all around the boards when the crowd just kept singing at the end so chris joined in again. what a great show!

I'm just trying to see if there is anyone else going to all 5 California shows... we should have a meet-up/road trip, meet up before the shows and go to the local bars or something afterwards. Who's in?
