When will the North American tour of AHFOD happen?
If anyone has a code they won't be using, please let me know! Made a huge mistake not signing up to the mailing list and like the poster above, I'd rather not fight a scalper for one and it will be enjoyed! AHFOD has got me back into Coldplay full force again. Up&Up, Army of One, and Amazing Day would all be so amazing live so pls inbox if you can. Thank you!

Biggest Disappointment and Surprise of Mylo Xyloto
Disappointment Overproduction, especially in Hurts Like Heaven. The live version is much better imo. Surprises Us Against the World Up in Flames Both these songs were much softer songs sung live so I reserved judgement for the studio versions and they didn't disappoint. I was worried that production would've hurt these two songs but they didn't.

First Impressions of Mylo Xyloto (and vote in the 1-10 sliding scale poll!)
MX - Sounds great. Anthemic, uplifting. 8/10 Hurts Like Heaven - Out of all the live songs this was my favorite one but I really hate the way they produced this one. I can't feel the power that the live performances embody. However, it's still a great song though and always got the live version. 9/10 Paradise - 7/10 Charlie Brown - 7/10 Us Against the World - This song grew on me and I was just waiting for studio version to get a better listen and I love it. 8/10 MMIX - Guess they added this for the transition and the whole making it feel like an album purpose. Don't care for it though. 2/10 Every Teardrop is a Waterfall - 9/10 Major Minus - 6/10 UFO - 5/10 Princess of China - Really good melody. Could've done without Rihanna though. 7/10 Up in Flames - My favorite off the album. Classic soothing Coldplay. 9/10 A Hopeful Transmission - I liked this transition far more than MMIX. 6/10 Don't Let it Break Your Heart - nothing really catches me on first few listens. 6/10 Up With the Birds - Really picks up in the second half of the song. 7/10 Overall, I give this album a 3/5 on the first few listens.

What do you think of the new song 'Paradise'?
I gave it a 6/10. I just didn't feel like it was a band piece and those are the types of songs I like. It felt like a Timbaland-produced One Republic song like someone said above. But the album will probably rock so I'm not too worried.

Rate 'Major Minus' now!
I think the song's alright but I kinda found it repetitive. However, much better than ETIAW and I give it a solid 7/10. Hopin the album has better songs.

Snow Patrol 'want to be as successful as Coldplay'
^Ya, nothing on it was like Chasing Cars on it. However, I like the ambition. You never know what they can come up with.

First coldplay concert and it was insane!!! Highlights for me were Viva La Vida, Lovers In Japan, Yellow, and Fix You. I always wanted to hear Fix You live and it exceeded all my expectations. The band was energetic, entertaining, and the free CD was a nice gift too. They've gotta come back soon.
