I know this entire version the way chris plays it except for one chord which is "you don't *have* to be alone" part. It sounded a little bit off but appears to be the correct chord. Other than that i know it all : P , too lazy to post. But the original acoustic version from Japan acoustic session is largely the same here, but with one weird minor chord he changed.

Your first and Second chord is wrong a bit. You have to adjust the index finger down a fret from 7-8 for the first, and 8-7 on the 2nd. Also it is not 9-10....it's 10-10 for the 2nd chord. That's the way Chris plays it if you look closely from 0:23 and onwards.
