you need to cut them like 1 cm thick the oil should be like 175° you bake them shortly then wait like 2 hours oil 190° bake them until they nicely gold-brown

Thanks, well she's used to be picked up. Our other chickens tend to run away, if you pick them up and hold them frequently when they're still young they learn it's nothing scary so they will be relaxed. But they don't like being held for a long time, and don't pet them on their head, that's like saying they did something wrong.
