"Good morning. We're pleased to report that Coldplay will play two intimate Christmas gigs to draw attention to the problem of hidden homelessness and to raise vital funds for Crisis, the UK charity for single homeless people. The "Hidden Gigs" will take place in Liverpool on 19th December and Newcastle on 20th December. The venues will remain hidden until 24 hours before Coldplay step on stage. This gives gig-goers a small taste of the uncertainty faced by the thousands of homeless people who do not know where they will spend the night. Both venues have been hand-picked by the band for their intimate nature, and each has a capacity of around 1,000 people. General tickets go on sale at 2pm this Friday (12th November) from http://www.seetickets.com/hidden costing £50. There will be an allocation available to Coldplay.com users, using the code CP4CRISIS when you buy. All other general sale tickets will be sold to people living in and around Liverpool and Newcastle. Only those with a credit/debit card registered to billing addresses with the following postcodes will be able to buy these tickets: Liverpool: L1 – L40, CH25 – CH32, CH41 – CH49, CH60 – CH63 Newcastle: NE1 – NE49, NE61 – NE71, SR1 – SR9, DH1 – DH9 Click here for a full breakdown of the eligible postcodes. There will also be an auction of 200 general admission tickets available to anyone around the world. Plus, 30 meet & greet tickets will be auctioned for each gig, which will include early entry, champagne reception, best seats in the house, meet & greet with Coldplay, photo opportunity & access to VIP bar. The auctions will run for one week from 12 November at 2pm, again via http://www.seetickets.com/hidden. All proceeds from all tickets will go to support Crisis’ vital work for single homeless people. Good friends of the band Ant & Dec will be travelling home to Newcastle for Christmas and have offered their compèring services for the Newcastle night. Supporting Coldplay on both dates will be the Choir with No Name, an acclaimed vocal choir made up of homeless people and others on the fringes of society, including clients of Crisis. Yep, and whether it's a good thing, that you put it on the front page, well that is a matter of opinion I guess. Putting it in a thread/on the forum meant only the fans were gonna read it. But it's much more public being on the front page tbh. :/ Anyway, tbh it can only be a good thing, with some people still expecting an xmas release. Now, they are not! ;)

I just caught up with this, I have been busy (was at the Muse gig last night, omg!) and didn't know I'd made it onto a news site or whatever it is, haha, how crazy. Funny how I never really said anything that huge I guess :P

There is no way you'll remember me, cause I don't think we talked or anything, but I was in the queue about 10 yards from you at Wembley last year, the saturday, and I was 6'4" lol, but I did know your name, and who you were, an you were really rather small right? ... no off ofc lol :P Anyway, yeh, they are defo that tall, but that is not as big as it sounds, well not too me anyway lol, just that 6'4" sounds scarily, or even freakishly big, but tbh it really isn't, it's as tall as you can go to without having that problem ofc lol, but 6'4" is a regular(ish) height these days really :)

Sorry, but actually they are reading it right! He is the same height as me, and I'm 6'4" ... like I said waaaaay back when ;) ... believe me, he is very tall for sure... just watch live-2003 and look at songs like Moses and One I love and Yellow or In My Place, seriously, go look now, you can tell he is mega-tall from those tbh, just with longer hair, or with a viva-outfit, he kinda hasn't always seemed so tall since imo, but, I guess irl is the only way to know for sure? :thinking:

I guess they are all tall, for me Guy is a teeny weeny bit shorter than "normal" (whatever the hell normal even means lol) ... but I assume, that he makes up forit in other departments! ;)

You know something? I loooove being so tall. I just kinda realised this recently, but it's great! :D Even Will is quite a lot taller than he looks on tv btw, I remeber from last time, the thing in my sig ofc, and he is really taller than his 'build' might suggest! ;)

The first time we talked, right in the middle of the conversation, there were these two disabled people in motorised wheelchairs going past us, and he had to move out of there way, and he looked at them, smiled, and asked really confidently and loudly... "Hey... who's winning?!" ... omg hahaha, I loved that, and they both smiled so much and it was just great and verrry charming for sure :D

Haha, awww... this sounds sad-as-fuuu-ck but actually, just a few monhs back I'd really have considered doing that! :( ... how pathetic?!?! ...but life suddenly got good. And it's no "just" coldplay ofc, but it has certainly helped the situation! :)

By the way... "Nice -to?if?is?-see-you"...like omg, what happened there haha, I love it even more like that tbh!!! :P
