Thanks for Lua :nice: I think Lua is a sweet song (I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS ONE WITH GILLIAN OH MY GOD), it's just in a begrudged framework. I don't think it's particularly sad, they just have peripheral issues. I hate that song more than I hate anything in the world I put Sparks on there but nothing else really captures that mood to me from them. I like Coldplay, and they'll always be very important to me (aside from MX), they're just not very stripped-down or anything.

Like it's just so easy for a song about love to get cheesy and weird, I want no cheese. I'm having difficulty.

I'm making a playlist of love songs, which shouldn't be too hard, but the catch is that I want them to be almost achingly sincere. None of this Taylor Swift Coldplay Rihanna Maroon 5 whatever BS. I was a journalism major when I started school. Then I learned that there are NO jobs. NONE. So I am now in medical school, four years later. This is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have a passion for writing and reading and editing, but I can still do it. Do NOT go to Journalism school. Many of my friends are now working at mall kiosks with their journalism degrees. If you really want to be a journalist, a degree isn't necessarily necessary. Do it on the side. Tom Brokaw did it, and so can you.
