Someone please tell me I'm not the only one who has heard of/can't stop listening to this band. They just signed their first record deal with Fueled by Ramen (Paramore, Neon Trees, Fun), a subdivision of Atlantic Records, so that's pretty big. They made a huge investment in them, I really think these guys are the next stage in music. A truly undefined genre. Check 'em out and tell me I'm not crazy for thinking they are amazing please! :D

Hey all, so I went to Lollapalooza last year to see Coldplay, and needless to say it was the best concert I've ever been to. I was like 5 rows back and they put on an amazing show that no other band I've ever seen could compete with. UNTIL a few weeks ago. My buddy took me to a concert by a local Columbus band (I go to OSU) called Twenty One Pilots. I had never heard of them, and thought it would be nothing more than seeing a mediocre band play for $5. I was blown away. I've been to many concerts, and Coldplay topped the list by a mile, but this local band is nipping at their heels. The show was literally amazing and their music was fantastic. Seeing as though I enjoyed it so much, I figured maybe other Coldplay fans have similar music taste as me and would be interested in hearing a new sound. This is not a promotion of any sort, as I am in no way affiliated with the band, I just wanted to see if anyone else here shares the same opinion as me about their music (and I greatly respect the opinion of any fan of Coldplay, because they clearly have excellent taste in music).
