No it isn't out of their hands until it is released in Japan because they are still capable of stoping leaks that go up now, but by the time is is officially released in Japan it will be impossible to stop all leaks!

I think you mentioned that you can't buy songs from another country from itunes right? But what if I create a japanese account? Can I use a credit card from the US for the japanese itunes store? Just in case it hasn't leaked by then :D which will be very sad!

Well people are saying that Japanese record stores should have it already and it should leak anytime now. Well we have a better chance for tomorrow since it is around midnight in Japan and people are in bed sleeping. If they do have the albums I can't believe it hasn't leaked yet...Grrrr
