  1. Princess of China has not been released as a single yet, but holds #4 currently as "Top Singles" on US iTunes. ...I think this might be one of those songs that stays number one for awhile...
  2. That firefly episode is a pretty good example. I like how all of the Oriental fellows are getting butthurt because people are saying a good majority of their music sounds similar!!! It's funny, but seriously, I really want to imagine Chris saying "Hey, let's copy this under-the-radar Vietnamese song" I'm sorry but I just don't see it. I'm not saying it didn't happen, but seriously... think about it.
  3. It is in Wal-Marts and most likely any local music store that usually gets releases on the day the are released :)

Does anyone else get really tired of hearing about Radiohead and Coldplay. I literally have an undying love for both Coldplay and Radiohead. But I really can not STAND the comparison of the two. Billboard Music did a review of "Mylo Xyloto" and repeatedly said they fell back into the "Radiohead feel". I hate that! I've heard every Coldplay song known to man, and I've never even once felt that they acquired there style from them. Radiohead is brilliant, and Coldplay is brilliant, both in there beautiful distinct ways. Does anyone else agree? Or disagree? I'm all ears, just like to hear what you all think!!!
  5. I've spent my life studying music, and have been involved in several music plagiarism cases. After looking at several different aspects of Ra Ngo Tung Kinh and Princess of China. Ha Tran has very little evidence that will hold up in court. The similarity of the opening verse is nothing near close enough to be considered a theft in intellectual property. Hopefully this time, Coldplay won't come to an "agreement" with Ha Tran, like with Joe Satriani, don't settle! If you created those pieces, you need to take a stand! Whatever the case, this plagiarism case with Ha Tran isn't going anywhere.
