How was it done 20 years ago, without the internet? Serious question. I would sell it just around the venue. There is no other way doing it. Obviously people from far away wont have a chance of getting tickets but it seems fairer than this lottery and again the real fans willl have much better chances.

Maybe selling tickets online for these kinds of events is just not possible. Why not go back to a office sell? The first 2000 people in line will get tickets and the rest won't. That way the people who really, really want to go will get tickets and ebay scamers etc. will come up empty because no one will stand in line for 2 days if they dont wanna go badly. Sure it's like 30 years ago but it seems like it's way better and fairer than this mess. At least this way everyone will get a chance.

To be honest this whole tour is a nightmare reagarding ticket sells. Sure there is a limited amount available and A LOT of people are trying to get tickets. Some will come up empty but this is just pure torture. Isn't there any other way than this to sell tickets? Seriously, this is pathetic. :embarrassed: They could have figured out another way because they knew this would happen.

Better question: Anyone with any ticket at all? :lol:

Just a general thought. Try to get tickets as hard as you can for as long as you can. There is always a chance of getting tickets even when they are all "gone". Was the same with the cologne show, tickets became available up to 90 minutes after the sell started. Dont give up.

Chris Germany I just love X&Y in every aspect. I think its their best album yet. I even think it might be the best album i have ever heard. X&Y is the only album from which i love literally EVERY song. I'd rate it at least 9/10. We just need this as a part of coldplay and as a part of the concerts. It was the first album that really introduced me to coldplay and it's still THE coldplay album for me.
