  1. What an amazing night! I was in the 3rd row center and had a great view of all the guys. The setlist was one of the best I’ve seen and full of surprises and great classics. They played a lot of old songs and then played the whole new album straight through (with Yellow thrown in after A Sky Full of Stars and O). They sounded amazing as usual and had great chemistry on stage. Apple and Moses were running around the stage before the show and were wearing Ghost Stories shirts. Chris ran over to them a couple of times (he played the guitar to them during Charlie Brown). I was lucky enough to get a setlist, and one of the roadies threw a bunch of picks into the audience but there was so much confetti that only one person found one. Some janitor is going to sweep the floor today and probably throw them away! I took a lot of pictures and some videos, but my phone was only at 60% battery when I got to the venue, so I couldn’t record more and only got a 30 second clip of A Whisper. I guess I’ll just have to keep the memories in my head (Always In My Head?)! Regardless, it was a once in a lifetime experience that I’m sure will never be topped. There was only a minor change in the setlist: Fix You was not played, but Yellow was played. Here's a bunch of pictures, and I'm working on posting videos to You Tube.
  2. Looks like they're sitting in the side of the stage to watch. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. 2 kids have been coming on stage. They look like Apple and Moses. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. There's lots of empty seats at the front. Either people are coming late or they are scalper tickets. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Line to get into Royce Hall Stage looks great! Opening act just started! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. It's going to be streamed again in 3 hours at 9 pm EST just in case it's not uploaded here before then.
  7. I agree. For the price of tickets, it better be a full show. The email from Royce Hall said show time is 2 1/2 hours (if accurate, I would guess 1.5 hours for Coldplay after the opening act.)
  8. No, it was filmed Friday night. Tickets were given away by a radio station in LA. http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/threads/99817-New-LA-announced-Free-show-from-star98-7
  9. I just got back and it was a great show! They said there were 400 people there, but it seemed like less. The venue was so small and intimate, and the guys did a great job. The setlist was as mynameisjeff reports. They would play a song, and then the host (Elvis Duran, a radio personality) would ask them questions about the writing process, etc. There were some memorable quotes: when asked who has the biggest potty mouth, Chris says "what's that?" (maybe that's an American phrase, or maybe he was joking). When asked who's the grumpiest in the morning, Chris replied, "Well, we haven't slept together in a while" and then answered that Will is the grumpiest. Anyway, it was really short (45 minutes or so) but fun. I was in the second row right next to Chris (sounds like that's where all the Coldplayers were). It will be airing on Monday on Yahoo but only the first 5 songs will be aired. They did Clocks and O as extras after the filming was done.
  10. How long was the show you saw? At the concert filming they played through the whole album and did some old songs too, but there's no way that will fit into the one hour TV slot unless they aren't having any commercials. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Usually the performers are on Tuesday. Free tickets can be requested here, although in my experience with The Voice tickets, it's going to be pretty difficult to get tickets to the finale. http://1iota.com/Show/178/The-Voice Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. I won tickets earlier too! I'm glad to see Coldplayers winning! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. There may be a lot of empty seats if they aren't transferable. I wonder if the venue or Ticketmaster will release them?
  14. Someone's selling tickets in the same row as me for $5715! :o
  15. The seating chart for this event includes rows AA-FF in front of row A, so you're more like row 18. Look at the GA with premier seating chart (that's what comes up on the Ticketmaster app for the event).
  16. Congrats! How long did it take before they answered your call? I have been trying but usually give up after 2-3 minutes. Also, did they answer right away when you dialed? Yesterday it started ringing but nobody answered after a minute, so I hung up.
  17. Strangely the iphone app worked right at 9, but neither my iPad or computer would work until a few minutes later. I managed to score orchestra tickets through the app!
  18. Any tips for tomorrow? Is using the mobile app or computer better? Should I refresh right before 9 am or at 9 am? Is it better to choose Best Available or by price level if I want to be in the orchestra?
  19. Is this cancelled? It now says Emily Blunt and Ansel Elgort.
  20. Royce Hall capacity is 1836 while Beacon Theater in New York is 2894. Hopefully they won't have to raise the prices in order to still be profitable.
  21. Nothing yet. Are you coming out here again? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. Congrats! Did they send you a private message on Twitter to let you know? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. You're right, they did play the whole album in LA. I don't remember how True Love sounds, so I can't say whether that was the one with Jonny's guitar solo.
  24. You don't need a credit card. https://www.siriusxm.com/freetrial Edit: sorry, didn't see someone already posted this

The live version of ASFOS was leaked from the concert yesterday, so maybe they'll want to release the official version sooner since so many people have already heard it online.
