I'm going to London in a couple of weeks and am wondering if there are any must-see Coldplay spots. I know where the Bakery and Beehive are, but are there any other recommended Coldplay-related sights? Thanks!

I don't know if anyone noticed this, but I think the Blu-ray being sold on Amazon.com is the same as the one being sold on the UK Amazon website. The ASIN code number (Amazon's identification system) is the same for both items. You can buy on Amazon.co.uk and there's an option to pay in US dollars so you don't have to pay any fees to your bank for currency conversion. Even with international shipping it only comes to $23.90 compared to $31.79 + shipping from the US website. I've ordered Region free Blu-rays before from the UK Amazon site and it's just as easy as getting it from regular Amazon other than the extra few days for shipping. I think I might end up doing this, but can someone confirm that the product from Amazon UK is region free? It doesn't say on the product details.

Does anyone know if the Blu-Ray is region free? I'm in the U.S. and Amazon only has the DVD, but the UK Amazon site has the Blu-Ray. I've been able to purchase Blu-rays from UK Amazon in the past that will work in the US, but I hesitate on this one since it doesn't specify whether it is region free. This topic seems to have died off, but if anyone cares, the media is now claiming that both Jennifer's grandmother and Chris's grandmother have said the same quote regarding their Christmas plans. Unless they are cousins and have the same grandmother (I hope not!), it seems like people are making things up again! Yes, I was there. I was in the 6th row and I didn't hear the person yelling "you're hot" nonstop like that article claims; I just heard the general fan girl "I love you" screams from all directions. Chris looked up and gestured/waved in the same general direction in the balcony several times but from where I was sitting I couldn't see who he was looking at. Towards the end he said that most of the concert-goers were friends and family, so he could have been looking at someone else important. Regarding saying "I see you" after The Scientist, I thought he was just referring to the balcony audience in general (he asked for the lights to be turned on so he could say hello to everyone at the top, then he said to the group "I see you but can't really hear you"). I won tickets through the Beats Music contest. It's a beautiful historic venue. They've added small Coldplay touches (quotes from the songs on the mirrors, projecting the words "sky full of stars" on the balcony. Interesting quote from an album review: "The whole album starts with “woah-oh-oh”s, the lingua franca of stadium rock, a chorus used all too frequently by Coldplay." If she had done a bit of research she'd realize that it reminds her of Coldplay because Chris is on the album.

It's funny how the recent articles are stating that they have taken their relationship "public" by appearing together for dinner last week with Chris' friends. Doesn't seem like much of a public relationship without any pictures together. Funny thing is the next day there were about 20 pics of Chris and Gwyneth at a restaurant with their kids--doesn't seem too hard for the paparazzi to track down Chris, so there should be lots of pics of Jennifer and Chris if this were all real.

Is KROQ the only station giving tickets away so far? Did you also enter to win through the Beats Music app? They must be giving away a large portion, or it's going to be a bunch of record execs that get the remaining tickets.
