  1. OMG! Do those fans realise how bloody lucky they are to meet and talk to Chris Martin? I envy them so so much!
  2. COLDPLAY!!! THAT WAS GREAT SEEING THEM PUT THEIR EARPIECES AND STUFF IN. YOU NEVER USUALLY GET TO SEE THAT :D
  3. One of the best nights I've had in ages......well.....since the Stade De France on 2nd September ;) :D :P hahahaha! An amazing spectacle which Coldplay and their team have put together for us adoring Coldplay fans, something that we should all appreciate. In regards to the film itself, I thought it was edited superbly. The slow motions of Chris jumping in In My Place were brilliant, the cut from Madrid to Paris in Major Minus, the graffiti before Paradise, the camera Chris held whilst running to the C Stage, the cuts towards the end of ETIAW! Everything was great; these are just a few effects I remember. I was mystified as to why they put Up In Flames in black & white, and Us Against The World too! Also, why did they put UATW in a square box and make that black & white too? I probably would rather have seen both of these in their natural beauty as I did with the rest of them, but never mind. I was disappointed that they left songs such as Lovers In Japan, Speed Of Sound, Warning Sign The Scientist and Don't Let It Break Your Heart out, although I was aware of this before I went to see the film, and I'm also aware that the latter two are to be on the DVD as an extra. Showing the Glastonbury performance of Viva La Vida left me somewhat perplexed, because I thought it would have been great to see one of their most successful songs performed inside the Stade De France like most of the other songs. I found it hilariously funny when Chris hopped onto the golf buggie and decided to take matters into his own hands and drive the thing himself :laugh3:! What a legend! Sticking his tongue out whilst he turns the corner! He looked like he was enjoying himself there! Haha. The bit at the end when they are in the car and Will says: "Thank you for watching the film" in a pretty humorous way. Oh, and for those of you who left before the END of the credits, you missed out on something very special. Chris said something along the lines of: "Here I am sat eating Cadbury's chocolate buttons, and I'll be looking back at this in the year of 2032 and wondering if we could inject these through our nose to digest them." Hahaha :laugh3: What the hell? Absolutely priceless! Brilliant! In terms of the atmosphere inside the cinema, it was pretty quiet actually. But for Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall everyone started clapping and singing. I sung throughout the whole thing, but I did have to hold myself back a bit and not sing as loud as I could and wanted to because I didn't want to spoil it for others. I suppose this took the gloss off it very slightly. I did, however, do the 'woooooahhhhhhh' anthem for Viva La Vida very loud when Will did it at the end! Hahahaha. But nontheless, I still managed to sing at a respectable volume, but didn't manage to get out of my seat and jump around everywhere as I had wished, but I can save that for home when the DVD comes out on Monday! The interviews were very heartfelt. I could totally sympathise with Will when he was commenting on how hard it is sometimes being away from home at the other end of the world away from your families. Especially when his daughter was in hospital ill and he as way over in Los Angeles! I felt a great deal of sympathy for him. The interviews do give us a great insight, including how Chris tells us he can look fans in the eye, how Guy enjoys playing Charlie Brown most, and how Jonny knows there's still a long way for the band to go, although I suppose all four members were trying to get this across really. I thought they did well to credit those people behind the scenes such as Phil Harvey and all of the crew. They showcased what hard work they put in and gave them the recognition they deserved! I'm sure I've forgot many things, despite my pretty lengthy review, but I was absolutely blown away by it all! I just can't wait to get my hands on the DVD now :P :D! I hope fellow Coldplayers enjoyed it as much as I did. We should be proud of the boys, because I certainly am :D!
  4. Can't wait now! Just over 3 hours for me to wait till I see it :D!!!
  5. Will this also be streamed live around the world? If so, does anyone know what time in the UK? Thanks :D!
  6. Does anyone know what time this will be broadcast in British time? Want to make sure I am online to see this :D!!!
  7. OMFG! ETIAW looks absolutely amazing! I was there inside the Stade De France, but it looks just as good on the DVD! I love the shots behind Chris where you can see the whole stadium illuminated by the Xylobands :D And then he does his little jiggle for ETIAW and starts singing! OMG! It gets me so excited; I get goosebumps!
  8. Hmm. That's a new stage isn't it? For one, it's got a roof! Does it maybe have something to do with not being able to transport the usual stage(s) over to Australia and New Zealand?
  9. I've just got so so excited there, but unfortunately I think they have mistakened last year's gigs :(
  10. Hi Guys. I'm part of the admin of this group, and it'd be absolutely fantastic if you could hit the like button and extend that Coldplay family :D
  11. What a weirdo! Good luck though! Watching it live now!
  12. Agreed! Please Coldplay come back to your homeland and play for us again :D Pleassse!
  13. Would prefer to see him on The Voice UK instead :D
  14. I would die to see Coldplay again in the UK! Seen them 3 times in the UK and 1 time in France on the MX Tour, but I want more!!!! :D
  15. That is just absolutley bloody awesome! All 3 videos are just amazing! Can't believe at was at the Paris concert as well :D It makes it even more special for me! Perhaps one very, very little minor gripe I noticed with the three videos I watched were that they seemed to only cut to shots of females in the crowd; I hope they are aware that they have many male fans as well ;) Don't get me wrong it looks great with the ladies (and they do look wonderful I must say ;) ), but perhaps they should show a few male fans too? Just a thought.
  16. Just under a month ago I had one of the best nights of my life inside the Stade De France! An absolutely incredible night, leaving me with lasting and fond memories for a very long time :D!
  17. Hi, guys. Fifa 13 was released earlier today, and I was a saddo and went and purchased mine at midnight UK time :laugh3: I was just wondering whether any fellow Coldplayers play Fifa? Whether it be Fifa 12 or Fifa 13? If you've got it on PS3 I can play you online :D
  18. Not being funny guys, but I said ages ago that it was the Etihad Stadium  Seeing as I live about 35 miles away from Manchester, I've been to the Etihad Stadium many times before to watch Manchester City FC play and, of course, Coldplay on two occasions, so I know exactly what the stadium looks like :)
  19. It 100% is the Etihad Stadium. The two stands which are on the side are three tierd stands, and the other two or two tierd. At the Stade De France, the stands are three tierd all the way round. I went to the Manchester and Paris shows, as well as Coventry, so I can definitely distinguish the difference between the two stadiums :)
  20. Sorry for sounding like a copycat, but I think I might just do the same :laugh3:! I went to both nights at the Etihad and have kept both of my tickets, so I can put both in :D
  21. It is definitely the Etihad Stadium in Manchester :D
  22. It's the Etihad Stadium in Manchester, in the UK :D And I was there :D
  23. I assume these 'dates' are false :( ?
