Underrated Coldplay Songs
Death and all his friends is the most underrated. I have never experienced such a powerful and beautiful ending to an album such as that.

Best Coldplay song live?!?!!
This has probably been posted before, and it is possibly now lost within the forum somewhere, but I really want to get some opinion here. What is the best song that Coldplay has ever done live? In my opinion, Daylight is one of the best. I can't believe they really don't play it live anymore. And as of this concert I've been to recently in July, my favorite song that they played was Violet Hill. There is just so much energy live!

LP6
Guys, let's be honest. When does Chris actually mean or stick with something he says? LP6 is a complete mystery to what will come forth. I'm gonna be really anxious though. Because I remember during Viva, I missed them live in 2009, and the next two and a half years consisted of me constantly and obsessively checking the news on the production of MX and just WAITING to get the tour dates for MX as well. Coldplay is about 2/3 of the way through their entire Xylo tour. If they decide to take a break, that just means more waiting. I literally can't do it lol. I saw them in DC last July, and after that, I've had constant dreams about it and thoughts. It is literally an essential in my life to see them again.

Is there actually any recording at all of Car Kids? I can't find it anywhere.

Coldplay: Greatest downfall in the history of music?
Here's the thing: first of all I am too lazy to read all 300+ comments, so forgive me if I am repeating anything: One cannot expect a band to go years, even decades, and write things closely similar and closely related, and those that all sound the same. I wouldn't even want Coldplay to do that. Since I discovered them and first started listening to them one month before Viva was released, I was sort of used to the whole actual Viva feel and I loved it. Everyone's a critic, I know, but I would think the boys wanted to branch out somewhere and try to see how they sound with something different? There are some really strong tracks in MX. Up With the Birds has the best lyrics out of any of them, and UFO is a really nice track. None of them are BAD. They're just not as good, I agree. I think people are being way too harsh here. If Coldplay was on a downfall, they wouldn't be as popular anymore as they are now. Nope. They are still playing to stadiums filled with people. Actually, as I type this, they're playing to 80,000 in Paris. I think we can all say that even though we may not agree on the new sound they have produced as a band, they are still largely talented and inspiring for what they do. I love every one of them. I am just waiting to hear what their sixth studio album is going to sound like. I have no idea what they're going to produce after MX. I'm clueless, but eager to hear.

New member - BIG COLDPLAY FAN HERE!
Hello everyone, my name is Matthew. I'm from the US, and I can honestly say that Coldplay has been my number one band for years. I'm 17, and I can't stop listening to them. I saw them in concert this pass July up in DC, and I went up to heaven in back. I'm so glad I can be in an atmosphere filled with fellow Coldplay fans that I can relate to! If any of you all are interested: Favorite album is Viva! There's a nice shadowy, outdoorsy feeling that comes out to me and I love it. My favorite songs off the albums are Spies, Politik, Square One, Death and All His Friends, and Up With the Birds. I look forward to the awesome topics I get to talk about as well! I am excited and I hope to meet Coldplay one day (yeah right) lol I can keep dreaming :)
