someone vomited while smoking??!! its strange...! when i started smoking nothing happened. i quite smoking four years ago. but i have to recognize that i still miss smoking sometimes, especially when i get nervous or ansious..... one year after i quit smoking i got a cigarrette from a friend and, when i smoked, i felt dizzy and the stinkest person in the world!!!! (but i still miss... its a hard job quit smoking....) :/
