  1. Bigpond are doing a pre-sale too, but I'm not sure what's left.
  2. Thanks :) I'm probably just being the pessimist I am, worrying over nothing :P But I'll be shattered if I don't get tickets, as I'm sure everyone else will be too!
  3. Damn that sucks! Have you got a parent or someone who can ring up for you?
  4. I'll try the phone while I'm on the net. I'm scared now, cause those pre-sale tickets went so fast! The traffic on the ticketek website is gonna be hell, and the phone will no doubt be engaged for ages
  5. Yeah the way they went about this was CRAP! They should have had something more secure than just a password, they must have known that people were going to pass it along, or abuse the system. Everyone should have gotten a seperate keycode to put in or something.
  6. It seemed to me the bear (looked like a Turkish bear to me, could be wrong) was a perfect image of frustration. Like when you try to communicate and just can't break through. I found it moving. Like a bear with a sore head! :idea2:
  7. Please just edit your post and remove the password to prevent more fans from being dissapointed.
  8. Well looks like I'm going to have to buy with the general public too because idiots have abused the system by buying through the pre-sale when they weren't meant to, and now there's no tickets left for people like me who got the email!  Longest sentance ever btw lol.
  9. Actually I wouldn't still buy them if I didn't already recieve the email, it's completely unfair to the rightful buyers.
  10. Yes it did say not to give out the password! And it said not to purchase more tickets than you requested: - Please do not pass this email onto anyone else or post the links and/or password on any site. We have selected as many people to get priority access to these tickets as possible. If you post the link and other people end up coming into this pre-sale, then ticket allocation will go and you will have less chance of getting the tickets you have requested Once you are in the purchase page please choose the amount of tickets you requested in the your pre-sale application and then fill in your details to complete your purchase. Please only select and purchase the amount of tickets you requested initially otherwise it will eat into other people's requests and we will be forced to cancel any extra purchase.
  11. I hope you're friggin happy. I went to get my pre-sale GA Gold tickets and it says allocation exhausted, so I can't get them thanks to stupid IDIOTS like you
  12. Oi don't do that, that's not fair. That means the people who actually DID get the emails can't because other people can go in and get them, eating up their requests.
  13. Couldn't you buy the tickets over the internet with a credit card?
  14. Sorry... I reckon the fastest way would be to logon to Ticketek before 9am and keep refreshing until it opens, and buy them that way. The site might be a little slow with all the traffic, but keep trying. If you have broadband, give them a call at the same time and see which one works out first. But I think the net is the best choice.
  15. Yeah I got mine at 10am this morning :)
  16. Yeah I just checked when mine arrived, just incase they did it a bit later for some people, and it says 10 past 10am so... :/
  17. Coldplay have just announced Perth and Adelaide shows! After urging Adelaide and Perth fans last week to keep heart, tour promoters for Coldplay's national Australian tour have now confirmed the two cities will be added to the tour. Coldplay will perform the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Wednesday 5th July and Perth’s Burswood Dome on Friday 7th July, 2006. All other details, including on sale dates and ticket prices, are yet to be announced. Michael Chugg, Executive Chairman of CHUGG Entertainment, said, “We’ve rushed the announcement ahead of locking down all the details because we didn’t want Adelaide and Perth to make interstate concert purchases without knowing that concerts would be happening for them. “At this stage, we’re able to announce the dates and venues and we’ll announce the other information progressively.” Chugg did say that Adelaide and Perth would go on-sale later than the Australian east coast concerts, which open to general on-sale next Monday 10th October. Tickets go on sale with a strict eight-ticket-per-transaction limit. “We don’t know yet when tickets for Coldplay’s Adelaide and Perth shows will actually go on-sale; probably not for another month, but the concerts are confirmed,” said Chugg.
  18. This thread grows so quickly! :o
  19. But aren't the pre-sale tickets supposed to go on sale Wednesday? That's so inconvienant if we recieve our email on Wednesday more or less saying 'you must pay within a few hours'! lol Oh well.
  20. It's not the official pre-sale, no. Hopefully the other presale will be cheaper!
  21. I just recieved an email from bigpond Hotseats saying I can pre-order through them! It says the Brisbane tickets are $130 for gold, but their service fee is $12.50. You can choose Gold floor or Gold first elevation. Does the floor have seats, or is it just standing?
