  1. Sounds awesome! The setlist is a bit short, if that's what they are planning on sticking to for the tour though. And... If Death Will Ever Conquer Me?
  2. Went to get my copy today, but every shop I went to told me that the cd had been "lost in transit" and they wouldn't get it in till next week. It affected the whole city :S Oh well, I can wait.
  3. My first impression was that it sounded like One I Love as well. Not that much of a fan, but I'm not going to write it off just yet.
  4. I was expecting much worse, it wasn't THAT bad. Besides from Chris's pitchy vocals, it was quite good, I thought.
  5. Oh yeah, I didn't mean he was actually holding it like a lefty, I meant that it's been flipped so he looks like he's holding it that way. So the threadstarter can quit whinging :P
  6. Obviously it's a joke. But I'm a left handed player too, and in the 2nd pic of Jon he's holding his guitar like a lefty would anway...?
  7. Jess831 replied to sezzie's topic in Coldplay
I need to ring up my friend and she if she can tape it in 20 minutes lol.
  8. Well I found out that it's some Cuban version of it.
  9. I don't get it
  10. OK so I'm listening to Triple J right now and they are playing this really weird version of Clocks. It has the basic piano riff and chords, with like a jazz band playing in the background. Can someone tell me which remix this is? It's kind of cool, in a different sort of way...
  11. Oooooh that makes scents now, thanks for clearing it up lol.
  12. ^ I'm just confused as to how it ends sadly if it's based on fact? Nothing too tragic has happened to them has it? I don't understand :(
  13. If it's a biography how can it have a bittersweet ending? I don't get it lol.
  14. Yeah, but the stage behind him looked bloody awesome while Rudebox was playing, so I just watched that instead :P
  15. Karma Police demo by Radiohead. Because I downloaded way to much last month and my internet connection was slowed right down... as soon as it hit midnight I went on a downloading spree and this song was the first one.
  16. Rudebox sucked majorly. And this is coming from a fan who payed $150 to see him, and loves his old stuff.
  17. Male: Thom Yorke, Chris Martin, Jeff Buckley, Neil Finn, Damien Rice Female: Alanis Morissette, Lisa Hannigan, Karen O... more but I can't remember at the moment.
  18. Yeah I love the bit in the vid where Chris is looking away, then smiles. A la my avatar :D
  19. LOL good point!
  20. Awww that's so cute! A little bit worrying how superficial some of the answers are - good looks and being rich very important, and being fat one of the worst things in life!
  21. LOL at pretending not to like Coldplay because your brother did!! I do that all the time with my sister :P The first time I heard Coldplay, Yellow was playing on Video Hits and I hated it with a passion. I didn't really hear anything else from them up until about two years ago, where I decided to download 'The Scientist' after just hearing the chorus. Then, every other song I downloaded of theirs (including Yellow), I loved! It's so weird when I think 'how did I NOT like this song??'
  22. ^ What player are you using? Try it using VLC media player, it's free and it plays pretty much anything. It worked fine for me with this file :)
