well as long as your essay doesn't "only" consists of quotes then its alright...:P do quotes count in your total of words or not...?

yup quotes are always good in such things and essay writing is about rambling anyways...:P

thats not that much just do a short intro (around 150 words) as first part : yes its a spend political force (around 400 words) give around three arguments in that as a second part : no it isn't a spend force (same as above) three arguments again) and then a conclusion and you're done..:) (you can also change the order of the parts considering which one you support you should always end with the one you support)
