  1. Not me I'm sorry to say. I fell in love with them the moment I first heard them, but unfortunately that wasn't until 'In My Place'. I can't believe on how much I've missed out. Anyway I here now.
  2. I think I might cry :embarrased: but I'll be very happy as well.
  3. I do. I hate it. I get quite depressed sometimes because I do not understand why there are so many people that cannot appreciate something so beautiful, it makes me angry at the world. I don't know anybody in person who likes Coldplay (I mean really like them).
  4. A Rush Of Blood To The Head
  5. The last one is great, but I think you might get tired of it.
  6. Jette replied to okpathos's topic in Coldplay
I haven't heard 'Talk' so I don't know. The number 2 seems to be a special place as well. 'Shiver' which was first single for Parachutes and 'In My Place' which was first single for A Rush Of Blood To The Head. This time it's 'What If' and from what I heard the band is quite proud of this one. I have a feeling 'What If' will be a single as well.
  7. If I win I won't have anybody to go with since my friends have a horrible taste in music. :( Guess I'll have to find somebody to go with then huh. :)
  8. I don't think there is a specific place where you can, but you can view them at http://www.coldplay.com/av.php?find=other I think.
  9. It does! My brother's friend, who is English, came to stay with us for a couple of days and said Dutch sounds just like German. It's so weird because for me it's very different. It's kind of like people saying Keane is like Coldplay. When you're not familiar with it, you can't see/hear the difference.
  10. Hahaha!! I never would have gotten that! Thanks! I love how English people pronounce 'leuk'.
  11. Ahh you guys know eachother in person! I've got the song! Everything except 'ik hou van jou' sounds German, but it's so sweet! :)
  12. Bye! And thanks again. My mail server is usually a bit slow with recieving, I'm sure I'll get it soon.
  13. Let's make this day 'Eline day'! We have to be quick to celebrate 'cause we only have 90 minutes left! ;)
  14. Nope, I'm still anxiously waiting! :)
  15. Yay! You're my hero of the day! (it rhymes too!) ;)
  16. Thank you! I've just pm-ed you.
  17. Just when I thought I had pretty much every song out there. :disappointed:
  18. I have never heard of 'Dutch song'!? I hate asking this but I would really appreciate either of you sending me the song. :anxious:
  19. They also have a song called 'mooie ellebogen' which is Dutch for 'beautiful elbows'. :D Jij hebt hele mooie ellebogen...
  20. I think coffee is disgusting but I just love the smell of coffee beans. My dad is a coffee addict so if it's genetic I'm sure I will learn to love it.
  21. Hi! I'm Dutch! And I'm going to the Gelredome gig as well! I wish I could go to the secret gig.
  22. This thread suddenly reminded me of something I saw on the news some time ago. It was about the Dutch Railway company. They had taken over an area in the Northern of England I think it was. All the people were so thrilled that the NS was taking over because apparently the NS has such a good reputation and maybe now the constant delays and cancellation of trains would end. Kind of ironic to see all those people rejoice about the company that we constantly complain about. Mind you, the company before the NS seemed to have really messed up....
