I just don't see it's appeal, I'm so pleased they gave it to Embrace, cos there's no way it would've been good enough for X&Y. It's just boring, like Embrace really, so I guess it was perfect for them.

Hey Corricopatcat Did you catch the camera? :) He waved at me at the SECC (3 years ago today actually) as he and Jonny were walking through the crowd. I noticed Guy, shouted to him, he turned to me, made direct eye-contact, smiled & waved at me. It made my night, it was great! :)

i presume the "intimite" pics were from talk? is the one with chris on the piano and guy beside jon clocks?

Have you noticed that when Chris and Jon have done it by themselves they've played it in a different key (G G/F# instead of A A/G# etc) and Jon's playing the riff on the 7th and 10th and they've played both versions but I can't figure out which sounds better with just 2 guitars. Opinions would be good. :)

I was bored so started playing around with setlists. Do you think going from Talk to Amsterdam (finishing main set with Amsterdam) would work?

Does he play guitar or just sing with a mike. When it's played live I can only hear 1 guitar so I presume it's just Jonny as I haven't seen it live yet.

just curious. he was never terribly confident at playing it so i thought he might have opted to do the solo he does for don't panic when they do it in the acoustic set.

I watched it on tv It was so much better than Live8 London in terms of atmosphere, because it was contained, whereas Live8 London wasn't.

Hi I was wondering if the band was going to play this in future. I think the only time they've played it on this tour (with the exception of buzz gigs) is Koln, am I right? Maybe someone who saw them in Koln (Cologne) could tell me.

How does it sound live. Where abouts was it in the set

I'm relying on my neighbour to record it. Is it probable that the 1st 4 or 5 songs of the set will be shown on BBC3 before going over to BBC2 or the other way round.
