supposedly. when i was graduating from kindergarten..we had a ceremony. Before it sarted, i was at home. My mom had just bought one of those juicers (those things that turn everything into a juice) and she went psycho and made me carrot juice...i told her.."if you make me drink it..I will puke" She didnt believe me and ended up with orange gunk all over her...that showed her! She never made me any juices ever again :D :D :D

nothing with carrots attracts any of my attention. But to all their own!

I'll be eighteen real soon *wrinkles!* :stunned:

I have to read it because i'm gonna have an exam about it.. It's about a national hero of poor people who wants to change the system and something like that.. I know it looks iinteresting but not! The first one was good but i cant bear the second!

ehehe we read frankenstein , it was damn funny!!

it was boooring. i do not like monster stories!

I wish we would have read something other than great expectation THREE times in a row!

This is a poem called Certain Choices by Richard Shelton

My friend, who was a heroin addict,

is dead and buried beneath trash

and broken bottles in a prison field.

He died, of course, because of the way he

lived. It wasn't a very good way,

but it kept him alive. When it couldn't

keep him alive any longer it killed him.

Thoroughly and with great suffering.

After he had made certain choices,

there were no others available. That's

the way it is with certain choices,

and we are faced with them so young.

I have few friends and none of them

are replaceable. That's the way it is

with friends. We make certain choices.

ahauhaha we read great expectations also.. I think the books for education all over the world don't change!!

Has anyone read the short story...'A Rose for Emily' by William Faulkner? now THAT'S thought provoking :sneaky:
