parachutes has always been one of my favourite coldplay songs, even though it's SO short. i was wondering if there has ever been an extended version of this song performed or recorded. if so, could someone share it? i would be grateful to hear it.

they haven't played the song a great deal of times, not since very early Parachutes tour era; spring/summer 2000. They did play it in Australia in summer 2001 too come to think of it. As for extended versions, there's certainly not one recorded that I've ever heard of. Chris may ad-lib a little when he played it tho if that counts!
