July 4, 200521 yr i know this is way out there, but are any of you joan baez fans? i've been a big fan of hers for about a year now and she's actually kind of how i got into coldplay. after learning about her life and reading both of her books i can really no longer get into musicians without "causes." i know that sounds kind of weird (or maybe close-minded), but it just makes me sick to see big acts talk about nothing but partying and how they spend their money on useless crap, i prefer ones with consciences. so once i saw that coldplay's been pushing fair trade for a few years now and really care about it, i began to be really attracted to their music and now i just can't go a day without listening to them or i'll go crazy. i love their music and it's not just the cause. -kelli (n00b)
