How do you change a keyboard setting from US to UK?

 

Coz at the moment I have no pound sign, which is really annoying, and lots of my symbols are on the wrong keys, if you know what i mean. :/

 

My friend said she thinks it's on a US setting instead of UK.

 

Anyone know? Thanks! x :)

I had the same problem last week

 

start > control panel (classic view) > regional and language options > change to English (UK)
