my german homework.

we've been talking about heinrich heine and how he cursed the fact that there was a lot of censorship going on in the days he lived.

many books have been censored in germany because they've been publicising (is that a word?) new opinions ...

however.

what are the consequences of no censorship?

today and back in heine's days?

i know it is my homework and all that, but i've still got a pile of other work to do... and then my homework for spanish...

Well the idea of censorship is so it doenst offend people. Back in the old days it meant no swear words on tv and no porn mags. Nowdays its anything christian that might offend other religions for example. And lots of sex and swear words on the telly.
