iTunes VLVODAAHF Pre-Order fixed.

Featured Replies

Everybody who pre-orderd Viva La Vida early june recieved a DRM-version of the album at the release. When I reported it in june, they gave me my money back! Today I got an email about it and I can download the DRM-free version again (so I've downloaded the album twice without paying one of them :D).

Dear Harm,

Thank you for pre-ordering Coldplay's new album "Viva la Vida." Unfortunately, this pre-order was unintentionally provided to you for download in the DRM format instead of iTunes Plus. This means in order for you to receive the iTunes Plus version of the album you will have to re-download your pre-order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we have placed the iTunes Plus version of your pre-order in your download queue for you to download. To re-download your purchase, make sure you are connected to an active Internet connection, and choose 'Check for Purchases' from the 'Store' menu in iTunes.

Our customers are very important to us and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service team by replying to this email.

Sincerely,

Derek
