just heard an interesting little blurb on XM radio from Chris where he says they weren't ready to go ahead with the tour and instead went back to England where he worked out to get into better shape (lost 12lbs) and did some vocal training as well. Dunno if this is old news or not but I found it rather amusing...

He was talking about the 2001 tour, they cancelled tons of dates back then

 

He's saying how they got on a tour bus in 2001 and there was 900 miles between the venue they had just played and the next one. ;)
