I don't know where to post this, but i have problem with song

I have only this short recording of that song where is some guy singing and I don't understand him (because I don't speak English very well)! Could you please help me? I hope someone will recognize the song :)

well, actually I didn't need to google that because I've recognised Francis' voice, srsly!! Travis are one of my favourite bands of all time ;)
