my favorites off OK computer are let down, paranoid android and karma police (no order)... Those are too among my top favourite radiohead songs. But OK has some other great songs like Airbag and Subterranean Homesick allien... those complete my top 5 from OK computer

[Fitter Happier] too....it's so messed up

mm I'm not sure, the only songs I don't like from ok computer are fitter happier and climbing up the walls

I love both of them

[Fitter Happier] is so dark and disturbing, and that's why it's so good

Climbing Up The Walls, listen to it late at night in a dark room alone. It'll freak you out so much

I find Paranoid Android very impressive, but it's not quite my taste. There's a manic side to everbody that PA appeals to, but that side of me isn't showing 95% of the time. My faves are Subterranean Homesick Alien, Let Down, Karma Police, Climbing up the walls, Lucky, and, possibly the best closer of all time, The Tourist.

It's really tough since there's such a narrow line between all of the songs. Airbag and No surprises and exit music are also brilliant, but on an average day, I usually skip straight to SHA, Let Down and The tourist.

well maybe I'll try climbing up the walls....

I knew I was missing something!!

NO surprises and the tourist!!

wow. I could not be any more opposite.

I do Airbag then PA, sometimes skip SHA, listen to Exit music, maybe skip letdown, then go right through the rest of the album in order.

(that is of course the very few times I don't just listen beginning to end;))

But I know what you mean about PA being manic, and that's why I like it so much. Listening to PA, Exit Music, Fitter happier, they let me let out all my angst and anger and craziness so that I don't have to act that way. I also act calm and Coldplay-like most of the time, and if I couldn't vent by listening to some Radiohead songs, I'd lose my mind.

yea, try Climbing Up the walls the way I told you and you will love it!;)

well, I could turn off the lights and see

indeed ^^

well... so I went to turn off two or three lights, I left some on, because I am indolent, then went to my itunes and searched climbing up the walls and listened to it, I did, in the dark and at first, I was looking toward the lights that I left turned on, yeah it was sorta spooky, with all that darkness and the feeling of the songs, and the fact of just having a light turned on far away, well yeah and then the last minute or so of the song came on.... fucking amazing!!! All those sounds and Ed's guitar ( I suppose it was Ed) were just awesome!!!

The Tourist is AMAZING!

I like the DING at the end:lol:

what did I tell you?:D

yeah thanks!!!

I love radiohead transition on the albums, I mean, for example the use of computers and sort of electronic sounds on ok computer that were later used on kid a, that happens on all of their albums... and if you read Dante Alighieri (fuck spelling) 's Divine Comedy and listen to Pyramid Song you'll get orgasms for sure ;)

Well i just heard climbing up the walls (it was my first time hearing) and i didnt really like it........

Fine how are u Vivi??:)

:curtain:

Im good...Im watchin a new episode of HOUSE!.....What ru doing?

I originally threw "climbing..." away with electioneering as whiny and overly dissonant. But it's a strong sleeper. I can't imagine a better way to express that sensation of paranoia and trying to escape, from the ominous drumbeat intro to the awesome soaring strings. If you really get into the mood of the song, you won't be dismayed by Thom's screaming at the end, as it just serves to cap off the intensity. Then the transition into no surprises is downright comical.
