Labour Preparing To Move Into Opposition as Downing Street Makes Way

Apparently Labour/Lib Dems coalition talks have reached no conclusion and look unlikely to reach any deal. Luggage is being moved out of Downing Street and it appears that the situation will conclude with David Cameron becoming Prime Minister either as head of a minority government or as part of a coalition with the Lib Dems.
