How's the viola like? As in playing it. The range is not as high as violin right?

Oh. Taekwando, Martial Arts, Karate, Wudo, there are many courses. :nice:

Well the viola is more deep and low than the violin and more bigger.

Yeah I know there are many courses but I don't know which one I'm gonna choose.

Well. You could research about it? :\

Well. You could research about it? :\

Well I want a cheap course because yuno. :wacky:

And I don't know which one is better for self defense.

Alright. My homework:

Given that p and q are two roots of the quadratic equation x(square) + 3x -7 = 0, form the quadratic equation with the roots p/2 and q/2.

I'm supposed to know how to do this, and it's not even that hard. :shame:

Well I only know basic maths (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, percentages, decimals) very well. The rest I am sketchy on.

I found an orchestra that searches a viola. :awesome:

And I'm gonna take self defense courses.

Sweeeeeeeeet. Looks like you are gonna be busy.

(Busy kickin' ass!)

Haha yeah but I hope I will find an orchestra !

Maybe I will search for a student job too because I wanna have money. :awesome:

Taekwando is quite famous here. The extra-curricular activities in my school includes Taekwando club, Wudo club and Silat club.

I'm sorry, I don't know which one is best. :|

That's good enough! The rest is just...

Yeah, I used to love it as a child but as I grew older I got more interested in history. Maths would have been more useful.

If you solve the equation using the quadratic formula, you'll get that p=1.54, and q=-4.54.

Half of p is 0.77 and half of q is -2.27, hence the new equation would be written as:

(x-0.77)(x+2.27) = x^2 + 3/2x - 7/4

I think the history you learn must be a million times more interesting than the one I learn.

Maths is definitely useful.

Yeah, I got the 0.77 and those part, but I was too lazy to do the multiplications for the new equation. It seemed a bit :\

The answer stated here is 4x^2 + 6x - 7 = 0. You're right.

Thanks btw! :nice:

Edit : Oh, I'm gonna copy that down as my answer. :|

No problem.

What math course are you taking?

I take additional maths at school, this is my tuition homework. Which I barely did out of the stack of questions.

Haha, that's neat.

Have fun then!

I'm not gonna do it. :|
