Greetings gentlepersons. My name is Laurence, I play lead guitar in a fairly unknown band named Candidate that is putting out our debut album on June 10th - created in Lexington Ky & New York City.

 

I'm here at Coldplaying.com because for about the third time I've been told by fans that some of our stuff reminds them of Coldplay. While I don't hear it (personally I think we're more between The Stone Roses & The Cure), I love Coldplay and really appreciate the comparison. After hearing enough times I very slowly made the connection that perchance Coldplay fans might like our music.

 

So, here I am, humbly asking you fine people to take a moment and have a listen, you may find something you enjoy
