So according to this tweet http://twitpic.com/6tyqpt the album comes out the 19th in Japan, which I did not know of! I guess we will get to hear it before the 24th. I don't understand why labels don't release a albums on the same day worldwide..

We've known this for a long time and there are at least several other threads on the forum that mention this.

They don't get released world wide due to charts in different countries starting their weeks on different days.
