Another Great Show in Miami [2003]

Featured Replies

The Coldplay Miami show was great... BUT

This Saturday night come one, come all to the Wallflower in Downtown Miami for a frolic on the waterbed of fine music. Don Kelly plays a unique style of soul-rock exhibiting his unique and coveted voice with subtle hints of Sting, Coldplay, Ron Sexsmith & Thom Yorke of Radiohead. Jared's Door will also be performing. Showtime is 10PM and tickets are $4. Wallflower Gallery is at 10 NE 3rd St., Downtown Miami. Ring them at 305-579-0069 for details. http://www.wallflowergallery.com

Oh I'm sorry... And who has 5000+ posts? +35 a day! Who sat at their computer and wrote responses for 9 posts that someone from Houston should have absolutely no reason to read? Do you need online pals that badly that you cruise the Miami posts looking for something to comment on? You're in college... get off the computer and go to a party.

"do ppl not come to your shows. are you that desparate that you have to post it so many times in this message board. I know of one person who lives near you"

Good for you. I know 3 people who live near you. Are you so desperate that you must find every single post and try to write something witty. If people didn't come to my shows I wouldn't have shows... I'm not desperate, I just figured that people who read this messageboard may actually be interested in the style of music that will be at the Wallflower in Downtown Miami on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 10PM for 4$. I guess you must be one of those people who shuns new, unsigned music and takes their musical cues from MTV and your local radio station. Sorry then...

And as for this...

"Instead of posting this to people who live in places like the UK and Canada, how about posting it in your local paper, believe it or not I reckon you just might have more success in the local rag "

If you haven't noticed the show is this Saturday. It was a last minute booking and I'm getting the word out to people who might actually like good music instead of cute popstars. If UK and Canadian people want to read a post that's obviously for people in Miami thats up to them.

Keep up the posts... It just boosts this topic to the front of the list. Thanks.

I'm tempted to say "good", but I guess I should say "their loss". They'd enjoy it. God knows its rare to find quality original music in Miami.

since i have nothing else to do but post here on this message board :D ;)

i had no idea these things existed!
