As reported yesterday, you can call Coldplay on Skype and leave a message for them. If you haven't already made that vital call, here are some ideas courtesy of DailyBlabber to get you started... Have you heard of Skype yet? It's sorta like IM, but you have a headset and you can actually call people right from your computer. With landlines going the way of Ashlee Simpson's career, it's a pretty cool invention. Anyway, to increase buzz about their product, they are having a little contest and t

Elton John is well-known for his extravagant style – and the bespectacled singer is now planning to fork out £30,000 to book most of the front three rows at next week’s War Child concert. The joint performance by The Killers and Coldplay is set to be a night to remember and Elton – not short of a bob or two – wants to share the moment with pals and family. The two legendary bands come together on Wednesday for the charity event at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, and will follow the Brits at Earl

Coldplay may have been left humiliated after their Brit Awards snub, but they certainly know how to bounce back in spectacular fashion, report the Daily Mail. After losing out in four categories last night despite selling millions of albums and Grammy success, the group hot-fotted it over to the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire for the War Child charity’s 15th birthday. They performed a string of hits from Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends much to the delight of the crowd, which included Sienn

Coldplay performed with Take That's Gary Barlow, The Killers... and a special appearance from U2's Bono... all on the same stage at the same time! Coldplay rushed from the BRIT Awards, from which they left empty-handed despite being up for four prizes, across London to perform at a charity show for War Child at the 02 Shepherd's Bush Empire. They were firstly joined by Gary Barlow - who had played their hit single 'Greatest Day' at the BRITS earlier - for a rendition of the boy band's classic

Nolan Fisher has created an antiwar statement using coldplay's music in movie form. It is a short film only as long as the song ' politik' using world war, soldier, and 9/11 footage. It is very moving especially since coldplay's music is it's soundtrack and he would like every socially concious coldplay fan to see it! You can see it at http://www.singlereel.com/directory/clip-26537.html

Irish pop stars Westlife and Ronan Keating have hit out at Band Aid 20 organiser Sir Bob Geldof, for snubbing them from the recent charity single. Geldof and Midge Ure brought together a group of current pop and rock stars to record a cover version of 1984 hit Do They Know It's Christmas? to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the single and to raise money for refugees in the Darfur region of Sudan. Westlife and Keating were omitted from the list - and they are convinced it's because they aren

Watch the video of 'Ring Of Fire' below, followed by some chat and some interesting singing from Chris! (Thanks to Ati Mx on the forums) https:
