As previously reported, Coldplay have revealed the first details of their new album including a number of songs up for consideration for the final track listing.   Writing on their official blog the band announced that they had just returned to the studio after a month off. They wrote: “The plan has always been to make a short record. Coldplay play their second night at the Bercy in Paris this evening - and the first 3 songs of this concert will be broadcast by the French radio NRJ at about 9.40pm (French time). The UK's biggest ceremony - the Brit Awards - is to be held in Earls Court Arena on 15th February 2006.
