Coldplay are to join the ranks of musical greats including Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney by performing a one-off special concert at the Abbey Road Studios in London. The concert at the legendary studios is set to take place on Monday February 13. The gig will be recorded by BBC Radio 2 and will then be aired sometime in April. Coldplay last week announced a new show at the Honda Center, Anaheim, and tickets go on sale later today (Saturday Oct 11th) at 10am local time via Live Nation here. The pre-sale has now passed but according to several people the seats behind a password were not as good as expected. The concert will take place at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire on February 18th following both band's attendance at the BRIT Awards.
