Virgin Radio is searching for the top 500 songs of all time, and we need your help in voting some Coldplay songs into the list.   Virgin will be playing out every song in the top 500, starting on Monday 27 December 2004. The Pet Shop Boys are set to release a Christmas EP featuring a Coldplay cover, they have announced. The pop veterans played their version of "Viva La Vida" across this summer's festival circuit. It will feature alongside their take on "My Girl" by Madness, as part of the five-track collection. The tracklisting also features "It Doesn't Often Snow At Christmas", "All Over The World" and "Viva La Vida"/"Domino Dancing"/"My Girl" (Our House Mix). "Christmas" is out on December 14. Coldplay's Christmas Lights song from 2010 will be featured on Glee: The Music, The Christmas Album Volume 3, according to sources at the Huffington Post this week. It is currently unknown who will be singing this song. According to the ITV Press Centre, Coldplay will appear on the Jonathan Ross show (ITV, UK) on 15th October where they will also be performing their latest single, Paradise.
