Hello everyone, As there are some rumours going around about internal 'drama' on the Coldplay Discord, I would like to clear things up. Due to disagreements in server policy regarding racist/derogatory slurs, we have decided to end our partnership with the server. Coldplaying has a widely diverse team and we felt uncomfortable at the handling of an issue that arose recently. The actions of a single staff member do not reflect the values held by the rest of the staff and members on the discord but we felt it was necessary to end this partnership to demonstrate that we do not tolerate such behaviour. We wish them the best in the future. For now, let's focus on our favourite band and their upcoming release! Onwards and upwards from here! There will be no further discussion on this topic. That is correct. It would have been the owner who interviewed them but we were transitioning from the old owner to me at that point which was a lengthy process. For full transparency that interview was setup by Phil and Debs, neither of which would leak information to Coldplaying. I can assure you this person isn’t a Coldplaying team member!

Apologies, I misread their tweet! He just left the discord so maybe he is trying to cover his tracks and stay out of trouble. He is apparently an IT guy with connections to someone close to the band

Coldplay Corner just tweeted saying he is faking it to draw attention to the discord. This is 100% false. The discord staff have no clue who this guy is. Someone also posted a gif on reddit of a teaser for metamorphosis coming out next Friday. It looks fake as hell though

I recommend using the mobile site. You can add it to your home screen! Tapatalk changed the way they handle third party sites and placed a number of limitations on our app. Plus I think the website has more functionality!

Apparently a photoshoot has been done recently...

In the latest Coldplaying article I spoke about Mat Whitecross saying that the hiatus would only last a year. He said that in November 2018 so there's another sign that points towards November as a possible release date!
