Just keep TRYING!!!! I refreshed the page at least 20 times while trying to get tickets for Riverbend in Cincinnati. And I ended up with the best seats!!! GA pit, right in front of the stage! DON't GIVe uP! you have all day to buy them and I def did not buy all 4 that I requested for my show.

I really feel for those who didn't get their requests. I don't mean to stir anything up, it was just that they said up to 3 shows, so of course to increase my chance of at least seeing one show I requested the max. I am not going to buy tickets for Columbus, so the 4 that I requested will go back into the presale lottery for another fan to get in the second time around. I mean I just can not afford 3 shows and I am happy that it will give other fans a chance.

I think my dreams are finally coming true! Got my last email for Detroit! So overall I got my choice for Cincinnati, Columbus and/ or Detroit! I really want to go to all three but two of them are consecutive days and that would be hectic! But I will def go to two of the three. I'm thinking Cinn. and Detroit. Now here's to getting some really good seats. :) :D :)

Hey, I def requested Detroit, but I am little bit worried. It was the first one that I requested and it was the only one I didn't get a confirmation of the request for. Last Night I got the email saying I got the Cincinnati show and right now I just got one for Columbus. At first I thought they were emailing according to the order of the shows but now that I got the email about Columbus before Detroit, means that my request didn't go through correctly, I didn't get those tickets, or they haven't notified anyone yet. I really really want to get Detroit, cuz I live in southeastern MI and it is so close. But I am excited to take the roadtrip to Cincinnati. oh well ! If anyone gets Detroit be sure to POST!

Checking in here to say that I just recieved my email at 1 am and it confirms the earliest scheduled show of my requests for the Cincinnati show on Aug 9th and I am so excited! And everyone be calm and patient cause I know Coldplay and all it's staff will not dissappoint! But now all I hope is that I can still get the Detroit and Columbus shows! This song is just so uplifting! And the band singing together is just so fitting. I really can't wait to hear it live and in person. I bet it was unforgettable. Oh and kind of off topic but, it's about Coachella. Does anyone know of any pictures taken during "Low" when Chris tells everyone to take it at the same time? I bet it looks pretty cool. maybe 2 views: one taken from a person in the crowd and one taken looking at the crowd? Oh and I really hope they let cameras in the Twisted Logic Tour so I can witness this at a show I go to!

It's almost 2pm here in Michigan. Did not recieve the presale email yet to allow the purchasing of tickets. I'm not too worried but I do hope I got at least one of my 3 choices! :keeps fingers crossed: :worried2:

they are playing in the Detroit area on Aug 30th at the DTE Music Theater. It is actually in Clarkston, but it's about 30 miles north. I definitely requested that show, along with Columbus and Cincinnati. Those are the closest shows to me in Southeastern MI so I will go to Ohio if I have to. I am not taking any chances. I blew it last tour. I need to make up for it! so overall yeah 3 shows with 4 tickets for each. might make some nice gifts for ppl. :)

I was on Ticketmaster, I had my clock so I could see the SECONDS ticking and as it hit 59 seconds I clicked look for tickets and it showed the section where you can choose the quantity of tickets and i just clicked again, then it went to the verify you are not robot page, where i had type in some word and then it was looking up tickets with a nice status bar, then it comes back no tickets were available. so i dunno what happened, i mean it all took less than 7 seconds. and all this while i had my roommate on the phone with ticketmaster and she called 7 minutes ahead in case she was on hold, she finally got through at like 3 after but the operator told her it was soldout. i mean that is insane. my mind just can't even handle it.

how is that even possible? i mean are they throwing credit cards and money at the tellers in line at the metro? or do they give tickets to all the preferred buyers that scalp them? oh well i guess i will have to do without. i guess regular ppl are not allowed to enjoy the pleasure of buying tickets without a hassle.

didnt get any :cry: phone and internet, just isnt enough, i should have driven there and stood in line allnight.

ok thanks for clearing things up. It would be pretty cool of there was a presale, but time is running out. I just hope I get tickets, presale, regular sale, scalper, whatever works :lol:

Question here: I was reading the blog, Chicagoist, and it said that presale tickets are available to members at the official website, but when I checked it says all pre sale requests are currently not available, do you think that was a mistake on the blog's part? or just they already closed the presale for this show?

This is probably the best offer ever!!!! I mean 2 shows! and one is storytellers!!!! Wow anyone who gets to go to this is extremely lucky. Listening to the band telling the meaning or candid moments behind each song is the best any Coldplay fan could hope for. If I had time to save up for it , I would definitely go, but I hope someone else gets to enjoy it and give us the full details.

I really enjoy the blog called Go Fug Yourself. It is very entertaining but can be so mean. It basically rags on celebrities who have a fashion crisis on the red carpet or any event. Some of the outfits are outrageous!! :P

The official Coldpay site has it listed as May 6th being the show. And the tickets go on sale April 30th, this saturday. The Metro Website however does not have it listed yet.

This is so awesome!!! I am from the Detroit area and this is just perfect. Hopefully I can get decent tickets. Gvargas, is the Metro a good place ?
