  1. Thundersnow?! What's next... sleet-nami? floodnado?
  2. As much as I love X&Y, the instrumental version of Green Eyes opened up my own green eyes to how amazing of a song it really is. I really think they should have kept the piano in.
  3. Which part, the including after announcing as a single or being the 4th single? Clocks was 3rd from AROBTTH.
  4. Yeah I noticed that a while back. Looks pretty cool when you stick & in there and put it in Baudot code. fix&you
  5. Stuck in reverse!
  6. The song is better live. Chris' piano version is kickass.
  7. Possibly.... probably, but things like this are always fun to do. ^_^
  8. "Take a picture of something that you're not sure of, bring it back to show to me but I don't know what I see..." From Talk leak?
  9. Warning Sign, without a doubt.
  10. It's still a rumor, and there is the White Shadows rumor too, so we don't really know yet. This kinda supports White Shadows.
  11. Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head U2 - Achtung Baby Tori Amos - Little Earthquakes Damn that was hard!
  12. I always thought it was "say" It is "say" in the official lyrics too.
  13. Alrighty, so I thought about how they did the Rush of Blood singles with each band member on the cover and I thought, hmm maybe this applies to the X&Y singles too. So, I thought about the singles and I came up with this: each of the singles features one of the band members more prominently than the others in a way. For example: Speed of Sound - Will's drum riff catches my ear and stands out Fix You - the first half is Chris on solo Talk - Johnny and his solos, plus the song is based on the riff he plays 4th? White Shadows and Low both feature Guy upfront on bass... :D Does this seem like it could be true/make sense?
  14. You forgot In My Place, but that doesn't matter since I voted for Don't Panic.
  15. Heh, I was bored and your wallpapers didn't fit my resolution, so I made my own that's 1680x1050. :P The shadows aren't as cool cause I don't have mad photoshop skillz.
  16. I saw a Clocks EP at CircuitCity with a Yellow B-Side, but I think it was just live. The piano version is from a radio interview.
  17. I'm gonna say it's "tie yourself to a mast" from One I Love.
  18. Best songwriting groups. When Chris wants to try with his lyrics, they are amazing. Plus, most of the music is excellent. They are also godly live. There should have been 2 votes for everyone. ;)
  19. I like Version 2 better, cause it's softer, but then it gets much darker and twisted. Plus, we get to hear Chris scream and it's not even live. :D
  20. heh, the version of Ladder to the Sun I have doesn't have those lyrics I think... or else I just didn't notice. XD
  21. This one is different from the code in the booklet, however it does provide the colors used on the "Talk" cover. (the correct is purple, not green)
  22. Live from the New York countryside, 2005 Darien Lake, 9/1 I wish. :D
  23. Considering that I made the wikipedia page for The Hardest Part, I can confirm that the artwork was fan made and is only tentative. As a matter of fact, fan made artwork had been removed by an admin at Wikipedia twice so far, so don't expect that one to be up there much longer.
  24. It better be. I just finally realized how great of a song this is. It must be my favorite on X&Y now... that and the fact that it's 5:28 seconds long... which is my birthday! yay
