Well I certainly did feel kind of pissy after that and I was all "ergh what a waster what a FUCKING waster!" lmfao lmfao cuz apparently I felt like I pissed the solo all up the wall! :laugh4: Sometimes I'll randomly slip into a brit accent when I talk too, which is so fucking weird.... And I say all these expressions without even realizing. This bitch Erica likes to copy me and thinks she's cool when she does it too but she doesn't get that I don't do it to try and seem british, I just do it by accident. It's so annoying. But I dunno makes me feel kind of self concious when I'll be singing along in the car and they'll all start laughing cuz I sound like the person singing. I don't see how that's a bad thing! :laugh4: :rolleyes: I feel like, out of all of them, Peter needs us most. Like the rest can get by with their friends, family and lovers... but Peter needs something else, something outside of that, to stay strong. People may say he treats us like crap by not showing up, but I truly do think that those reasons are not selfish but necessary or accidental, and he really does love us and all that. He's a fragile guy.... Carl I think could get along without the live shows and fans alright, but I don't know if Peter could...

awww... thank you! sometimes I play that song way too fast :laugh4: I'm angry that I fucked up the begining but at that point I really didn't feel like starting the video over haha ;) Sometimes I sing with such a brit accent cuz that's really the only music I listen to, my friends make fun of me for it.... I agree with that, he definately is the one out of all of them that you just feel like you have to protect him.... I think it's what made me love him, cuz once I got past the drugs I felt like he was just a little lost boy who needed people around him who would help and not hurt him. No one else makes me feel that way, either.

Well, I have recorded a version I'm kind of happy with. I sang quite quiet because my mom was in the other room and... yeah :laugh4: I'm uploading it to sendspace right now cuz I don't have the balls to put it on youtube. people would make too much fun of me :uhoh: :laugh4: Well, playing guitar has helped in some ways to play bass (mainly to strengthen my fingers ;) ). They're actually quite different, though. There's different ways of "strumming" (which you don't really do on the bass) and I actually think that bass is a lot more difficult. Not as much room for error! I never really thought if guitar helps, though... I jump around a lot between them, so I don't really notice! haha

Aw, never seen that before! LMFAO those girls are on crack! jaysus! Peter is so. cute. in that. Omg. :heart: I'm sure Steph's sister will be more than fine with all this good karma going around! :)

Iris - Haha, well, I didn't say I was a good player or singer! :laugh4: ;) I'll have to try playing it again, the only version I have is me playing along to my ipod and I mess up the little middle section. I'll have to see what I can do :uhoh: :laugh4: Guitar playing is really addictive. I personally connect more with the bass, and I don't really know why... But I play my guitar and it's so relaxing. Something about the fact that you can actually play a song WITHOUT music is nice, whereas with bass I mean I can play it alone but it usually sound slike nothing :laugh4: Piano should definately help you! I know it's helped me... ;) Nice chord site! I use all different ones, ultimate-guitar seems to be the best though ;) I usually do a search engine for the most popular chord arrangement. Hm, maybe I'll try playing 'What A Waster' now... :thinking:

To be honest? I don't remember either. I think everything but my eyes, ears and brain shut down during their performance. I ran to see Death Cab right after they finished and I was still on such a high, I don't remember the first half of Death Cab's set! :laugh4: At ALL. I have for a couple years now, and I totally admit I'm not that great! :laugh4: Better at bass, myself.... but heh, I manage! I also know how to play 'Music', as well as 'What A Waster', 'I Get Along', 'Time For Heroes' and a few others. The ones I named are actually really easy, in my opinion of course, to play. I just love 'What A Waster'! heh. Watch out, cuz some arrangements online are the Adam Green version, with the chords inverted and brought up, you need a capo for that.... ;) But I have a version that's really perfect and fits your hands well. I love dancing around my room playing and singing that. Well... I guess it just depends on how long you've been playing and how easily the chords and fret positions come to you. I mean.... I learned a whole song the first week of playing, but I also play some other instruments and understood it? I guess if it's your first instrument it could be hard to understand, but with tutorials and walk throughs online and in books it's pretty easy to get a couple songs down! Just keep at it, it can be really tough the first couple months when you don't have any calluses and your hands aren't used to the positions ;) I know I almost quit cuz my first acoustic (I play my electric, now) hurt so bad. But then I picked up bass and I'm positive I couldn't play my bass without having built myself up with guitar. Sorry, that's my long winded answer :laugh4: But yeah, I think it's all relative. Need any help finding songs to play or getting chords down just ask! :)
