I agreed with the people on the DPT forum who said that it's easy for the people who have seen them 20 times in the past 2 months to say "Oh, good, they're going away to make a new album and should rest!" Obviously, I do agree with that.... but..... it doesn't mean I can't bitch a bit about it, yanno? And by bitching about it I don't want to be called just that, a bitch. :( Obviously making an exception for our Steph, here, since I believe she truly does deserve to see them upwards on a thousand times :laugh4: ;)

I know whta you mean, Tea. I really wish I had been able to make it out to NYC to see them at the Bowery, but I'm kind of glad I didn't. And you know, I don't get how people say that DPT lost money on their American tour? They only played like 5 dates, and to my knowledge all of them sold out. The Great Scott show was sold out.... and they played the Bowery in NYC twice, both 18+ and 21+ and those sold out, which is a big thing. Damn, yanno? And I'm positive if they went to South America or Sweden they'd sell out as well. It's just not really that fair... :\ And I'm obviously not insinuating that it's the boys in the band making the decisions, since I know it's not ;) Just in general....

We seriously DON'T! And there's lots of people who'd turn up! I'd MAKE people turn up! I've been turning my friends onto them, they like them a lot. You can't ever gain complete popularity by just playing a few venues in one place. The few venues MIGHT keep getting bigger and bigger, and you may have to play to only 80 people when you come to the States (I'm talking about DPT here, I suppose lmfao)... but... if you keep doing it, well, eventually those will get bigger. And everyone will love you. And you make lots of money and everyone is happy. Yeap. dude uh... Stan looks fuckable in anything. Preferably nothing. I'm sorry. It's just... I think I'm going to cry again, oh noo :bigcry:

Too bad they can't reschedule the dates they canceled instead of playing more in London..... But then too bad DPT can't play anywhere but the UK. same goes for every band, so... *shrug* ah well. I really want to go out to London that week. We Are Scientists are playing there too! :laugh4: Damn!
