it's been gorgeously sunny here the past couple of days (in a cold, wintery way of course) :D Lucky you! We had rain and more rain until yesterday, when the clouds started to lift from near-ground level! Now it's gorgeous! We're expecting snow on Tuesday (had a bit yesterday) - are you?

Hi Ada!!! Happy New Year! :D- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Jane, how funny that my relatives were not far from you! I'm glad they are improving the city of Liverpool - it was a bit grim for a while, I remember. I used to love going across the Mersey on the little ferry boats! :-D I don't know what they're doing to Bristol city centre - they keep rearranging everything, and now have plans to demolish and rebuild the shopping area. The whole centre has just been a huge mass of road works for ages, and I keep losing my way because they keep changing the roads! You just go round in circles now! :-o Ever been to Bristol?- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Goody! How's Liddypool these days? Did I tell you I have relatives there?- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Bethany, George is my 16 year old son. Jane - was that last posting about Tomorrow's Ashes? If so, cool! :-D And thank you very much! :-D- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Kat, yes, George is home for the Christmas hols. Yay! :-)- Your Coldplay song of the day!
Moses? I had a red setter dog called Moses!! I like I Ran Away. So excellent.- So I submitted a question on the main site...
:-o I'm totally lost.- Chris is back on the market ladies...
George was born on 10th November - so he and Krystian are almost exactly the same age!!!! How old are you, Kasia?- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Hi Sarah! You're very kind - I hope they are not too much of a disappointment! Of course, you realise they're not signed or anything, and recorded these songs with no outside help and just at school. But, George DID write those two songs, and I am very proud! I do think they have potential, they just need to 'fine tune' the production a little! Thank you for listening. HAPPY NEW YEAR!- 2003 *Happy New Year*
Ok, for anyone who's interested - Al Stewart's Laughing Into 1939 can be found on George's band's website: http://www.tomorrowsashes.moonfruit.com Go to the page entitled 'music' and then 'downloads'. You then click on the title of the song and WAIT. It may take a few minutes. The other songs are songs by George's band 'Tomorrow's Ashes'. He built the site himself, and George says 'have a listen and check out our site!!' What more can I say?! 8) - how generous???
