The first time I heard Politik I was really impressed and I actually got goosebumps at the paino part at the end! That was the only song that really made me cry. SITS has emotioned me, but didn't make me cry.

He's had his best time and he only has a good kick; he's far overrated. I'd be releaved to see him leave the England-squad. I really like the young players that Engalnd have (Lennon, Carrick, Downing etc.), but because of Beckham they hardly get a chance to show themselves to the world.

I think it's quite clear what I mean with this thread; Create the best starting 11 of the tournament! So choose the players who played the best this tournament, so don't look at how the've played last season at their clubs, but only base your squad on their matches at the 2006 world cup. Shame he doesn't stop for the national squad completely. If you make such a decision and you say the youger players should have a chance, then you could at least quit yourself to make room for those younger players.

Pavel Nedved; he's my alltime favourite player. He might not have played so well with his team this world cup, but he'll always be my favourite. BTW; From the Dutch side Edwin van der Sar was my favourite player.

Definately Italy; They're really 'fighting' for their fatherland to show the world that it's not only scandals in Italian football. Because of that they have a completely motivated team which'll fight on till the end. France don't stand a chance; not even with a Zidane in the form of his life.
