Thanks and enjoy

  5. HAHAHA i always noticed that part but for some reason never related it back to mario. It all makes sense now
  6. well it's not exactly like all of radioheads music... it's more centered around electronic music rather then having a full band accompanying him; this time he did everything himself. If you liked the "Amnesiac" album by Radiohead you might like this one, it bears a few similarities, but ur right about it being a private album, it's not really something everyone would probably enjoy. I heard something about all the songs being just re-vamped b-sides that weren't released by Radiohead?? is that true?
  7. "we think the same things at the same time... we just can't do anything about it" Thom Yorke- Harrodown Hill
  8. yeah, very, i'm loving this album tho... she's only 18 is awesome, desecration smile and slow cheetah both have an amazing vibe to them, tell me baby (the next single) rocks, uhmm hard to concentrate has a great bass line, yeah, pretty much the whole album rules. now im listening to thom yorkes latest... this is a pretty big change haha
  9. Well yeah technically it's not out yet but really, if you're a fan of RH you'll support the album when it comes out. For those who've heard it what do you think? Personally I'd say it's a lot better then I thought, some of the tracks are just amazing. It seems to be getting better and better each time I listen to it haha well how about u guys?
  10. sounds right to me, thanks
  11. wow really good, nice work. i just started playing on guitar but this just proves i have a long way to go to reach that level on the acoustic haha
  12. It's that one where its a football game at night in the rain or wutever... and clocks is heard in the background. I'm pretty sure u can find it somewhere in this forum...
  13. HAHAH omg thats probably the most brutal sig. picture i've ever seen in my life few words... neways they said they dont use ne of their music for marketing purposes, wouldn't a movie ad be a marketing purpose ?? P.S. Gatorade commercial as well
  14. crazy. I dunno i mean you can kind of pick it up but just barely, its not like Ashley Simpson ripping off square one or nething.. not even close

  16. A rush of blood to the head is really easy! and i suck!!
  17. Yeah same here, it's working out pretty well i've been practicing fairly often. I know all the chords and everything for songs like Dont Panic but I just need to impove on my speed btwn switching them. Its lots of fun, u should try "Hurt" by Johnny Cash, u get a good grasp on some easy chords. Neways keep me updated on how you're doing, we can share some tips maybe haha
  18. speaking of dont panic, can someone plz tell me how its possible to play that fmaj7 chord??? theres no way i can put my thumb there and play at the same time
  19. thx for all ur advice guys, i ended up getting a Yamaha F310 in the end. sounds good to me, hopefully if i keep up my practicing i can work my way up! hope this thread helps others in a similiar situation
  20. HAHAH oHHHH i didnt read that part.... where you have to cut it after. I actually looked at that guide and i guess it helped, it sounds in tune so far! thanks for the quick reply :)
  21. hahahah nice good advice guys thanks.. but just one (althoimportant) question: HOW DO I RESTRING MY GUITAR?!?!? So yesterday I was tuning it a bit... too much, and my "g" broke so i went to guy buy some replacement strings... now i fiddled around with it thinking i can string it myself and ended up making a mockery of guitar. i mean, i got it to sound like a G again but the string is too long and it didnt all wrap around the pole etc... can anyone give relatively basic instructions on how to do this? that'll be GREATLy appreciated thx in advance
  22. hhahaha oh awesome thats actually the same page i'm looking @ right now, seems to be helping a lot, these chords are a pain tho
  23. thx man i appreciate it, sounds encouraging!
  24. Ok so I've finally purchased a guitar, this one acoustic Yamaha F-310. Anyways i'm starting to get the hang of the things very slowly (I've learned Mary had a little lamb :/ ) but I know there's still a long way till' I can get some Coldplay going. haha anyways I just wanted to know for all those people that don't take lessons or just know what are some good ways to start off playing guitar? Any specific advice you can give me on where I should look for training, etc? I noticed that one of my biggest problems was just correctly holding down the frets to avoid that weird buzzing sound it makes, but I'm sure that will go away over time. Any help is appreciated, thanks guys!
