thank you :) I got a nice card from my friend that has a picture of coldplay in it and says "As Coldplay would say...Look at the stars, look how they shine for you" It was better than any gift I could've gotten.

Despite the fact that I can listen to my ipod through the radio and listen to any Coldplay song I want, I was still excited as ever to hear Speed of Sound on the real radio while my ipod was out of batteries. It just lights up my heart..

I'm bummed out I missed the IOW gig. Dammmn. But it's been a busy weekend. I graduated from High School on Friday..

it made me want to be a bigger fan, because I thought I was a pretty big fan before becoming involved in the message board, then I see all these people who wait outside for days to get tickets, etc... It makes me want to be a better person, in the Coldplay sense. Besides, my collection of Coldplay songs would be absolute shit without this board :)

I was sort of half watching Shaun of the Dead today while making a little booklet, and during the end credits I heard a song and the chorus is sung by a man who has a distinctively high voice. I didn't put it past Simon Pegg to put a song in the movie who has Chris Martin's voice on it. And since Chris's voice is so easy to pick out, I was like "that's gotta be Chris". So I looked it up and sure enough. It's called "Everybody's Happy Nowadays" by Ash feat. Chris Martin. It just took me by surprise because I though I'd heard of all of Chris' cameos in songs. Anyway, if you haven't heard it, I recommend it, because it's awesome. (for reference, Simon Pegg and Chris are good friends)
